Grilled paneer

Grilled Paneer is a delicious and healthy snack or a party appetizer. It compliments any main course dish. It is perfect to serve at get together and bring to potlucks.

Ingredients
Paneer-180gms
Green capsicum-1/4 of 1
Red capsicum-1/4 of 1
Yellow capsicum-1/4 of 1
Garlic-1tsp(finely chopped)
Crushed pepper-1/2 tsp
Lemon juice-1
Salt-to taste
Crushed red chilli-1/2 Tsp
Coriander leaves-1/2 tsp(finely chopped)
Butter-1/2 Tsp
Method
  • Chop paneer and capsicum in same shape and size, and keep it aside.
  • Take a bowl and mix together all ingredients except butter.
  • Heat a non-stick tawa and grease the butter. When the butter melts, add the prepared mix and grill till it is cooked. Serve hot.
