Ingredients
Atta/Wheat flour- 1 cup
Water-
Oil
Ice cubes-
Method
Prepare a dough like that of chappati but little loose by mixing atta,water and little oil.
Fill the dough in the idiyappam press or the idiyappam mould
Boil water in a pan and press the noodles into the boiling water.Meanwhile arrange some ice cubes in a bowl. Initially the noodles will be settled at the bottom of the pan and it will rise to the top later and at this stage take the noodles out of the boiling water and drop it into the bowl of ice cubes.
Home made noodles is ready !!
