A chocolate frosting recipe that can be used with chocolate cakes, cupcakes etc.

Ingredients
Semi-sweet/Bitter chocolate-180 gms
Unsalted butter-1 cup
Icing sugar-2 cups
Vanilla extract- 1&1/2 tsp
Method
- Melt the chocolate by double boiler method (Place the bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Remove from fire and let it cool down to room temperature.
- Beat the butter until smooth and creamy about 1 min
- Add sugar into this and beat until light and fluffy(2 mins). Add sugar little by little.
- Add vanilla extract and beat.
- Add melted chocolate and beat on low speed until well incorporated. Increase the speed from medium to high and beat until frosting is smooth and glossy(2-3 mins)
