Homemade chicken soup recipe made with ingredients you have on hand in your own kitchen .This is a quick and easy recipe but nutritious for a delicious chicken soup.
Ingredients
Chicken – 3 pieces
Water – 5 glass
Green chilly-2
Ginger-1
Shallots- 5
Garlic-5
Pepper powder- 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Corn flour
Coriander leaves
Ghee
Egg -1
Method
• Boil chicken pieces by adding water, chopped (green chilly, ginger, garlic shallots garlic) to it.
• Remove the pieces from the juice and Scramble the chicken pieces into very tiny pieces
• Again boil the pieces along with the juice also add little pepper powder.
• Add corn flour to get a thickened juice.
• Add salt to taste and Remove from the flame
• Add the beaten egg and stir well.
• Add coriander leaves
• Saute shallots in ghee and add to it and the soup is now ready to be served.
A bowl of this chicken soup will awaken your taste buds and nourish your belly.
