Let’s make an easy and delicious butter cookie.

Ingredients

Unsalted Butter – 100 Gms
Sugar – 50 Gms (1/4 Cup)
Maida – 150 Gms
Baking Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Baking Soda – 1/4 Tsp

Method

Beat the butter till it is light and creamy
Add sugar and beat it together for 2 mins
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and beat it all together
Beat the mixture till it forms into one mass
Make small balls from the cookie
Take a tray lined with butter paper, place the cookie balls onto the baking tray
Grease a fork with butter and press the cookie balls with the back of the fork
Pre-heat the oven at 180C for 10 mins
Bake the cookies at 180C for 15 mins
Let the cookies come to room temperature before you serve them.
