Ingredients
  • Maida- 100 gms
  • Baking powder-1tsp
  • Butter -100gms
  • Powdered sugar - 100 gms
  • Stawberry crush- 1 tbs
  • Egg- 2
  • Butter- 100 gms
  • Icing sugar- 3 tbs
  • Sugar sprinkles-for decoration
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 mins before baking.
  2. Sieve together maida and baking powder and keep it aside.
  3. Take a bowl and beat butter add in powdered sugar and beat until soft and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one by one and beat until done.
  5. Add strawberry crush and beat.
  6. Pour the batter in the cup cake mold and bake for 10 to 15 mins in preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  7. Allow the cup cakes to cool down completely before icing.Fill the icing mix into the icing bag and do the topping and decorate with sugar sprinkles.
Notes
You can store these cupcakes for 3 days.
