Ingredients
  • Chicken           1 kg
  • Soya sauce      3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice    1
  • Vinegar           2 tbsp
  • Green chilly     10 No’s
  • Garlic paste     1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste    1tbsp
  • Onion  2  Chopped
  • Corn flour       1- 2 tsp
  • Salt      As per taste
Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken pieces with ginger & garlic paste, soya sauce, salt, Vinegar and lemon juice and leave it aside for about ½ hr.
  2. Add ¼ cup water and cook the chicken.
  3. Separate the pieces from the juice and fry in oil.
  4. Cook chopped onions and chilly in the remaining oil and sauté till it turns to brown.
  5. Add the chicken juice into it.
  6. Add the chicken pieces into it when it boils. Cook in low flame.
  7. Mix corn flour in little water and add to the curry.
