- Chicken 1 kg
- Soya sauce 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Green chilly 10 No’s
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1tbsp
- Onion 2 Chopped
- Corn flour 1- 2 tsp
- Salt As per taste
- Marinate chicken pieces with ginger & garlic paste, soya sauce, salt, Vinegar and lemon juice and leave it aside for about ½ hr.
- Add ¼ cup water and cook the chicken.
- Separate the pieces from the juice and fry in oil.
- Cook chopped onions and chilly in the remaining oil and sauté till it turns to brown.
- Add the chicken juice into it.
- Add the chicken pieces into it when it boils. Cook in low flame.
- Mix corn flour in little water and add to the curry.
