Ingredients
  • Cucumber (cut into very small pieces) - 2 cups
  • Curd (not sour) - 1 cup
  • Grated coconut- ½ cup
  • Green chillies (cut into small round pieces) – 3
  • Small onions - 2
  • Cumin seeds- ½ tsp
  • Mustard seeds- ½ tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. Grind together the grated coconut, small onions and cumin seeds.
  2. Add crushed mustard seeds to it and mix well.
  3. Cook the cucumber along with some water, chillies and salt until soft.
  4. Add the ground coconut mixture and mix well.
  5. Season with spluttered mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.
  6. After the mixture is cooled, add curd and mix well.
