Ingredients
  • Cauliflower: 1 (Medium)
  • For Batter:
  • Maida - ½ cup
  • Cornstarch - ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Water as needed
  • For sauce:
  • Onion:1 (large),
  • Celery: 1
  • Capsicum :1
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
  • Chilli Powder ( i used kashmiri for color): 2 tsp,
  • Soy Sauce - 1.5 tsp
  • Vinegar - 2 tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup - ¼ cup.
Instructions
  1. Cook cauliflower in salt nd turmeric, in lots of water nd drain them.
  2. Dip them in the batter.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry till golden brown.
  4. Sauce: Heat oil in a pan, add in onion(1 large), celery (1),capsicum (1),along with some salt and sugar.
  5. Keep cooking till it gets golden brown.
  6. Add in the ginger garlic paste (1 tbsp)and cook .
  7. Add Chilli Powder ( i used kashmiri for color) 2 tsp,soy Sauce - 1.5 tsp,vinegar - 2 tsp,tomato Ketchup - ¼ cup.
  8. Add around 1.5 cup of water nd bring to a boil.
  9. Add some leftover batter to thicken the gravy.once thickened add in the fried cauliflower and mix well.
  10. Garnish with spring onions.
