- Cauliflower: 1 (Medium)
- For Batter:
- Maida - ½ cup
- Cornstarch - ¼ cup
- Salt to taste
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Water as needed
- For sauce:
- Onion:1 (large),
- Celery: 1
- Capsicum :1
- Salt
- Sugar
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
- Chilli Powder ( i used kashmiri for color): 2 tsp,
- Soy Sauce - 1.5 tsp
- Vinegar - 2 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup - ¼ cup.
- Cook cauliflower in salt nd turmeric, in lots of water nd drain them.
- Dip them in the batter.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry till golden brown.
- Sauce: Heat oil in a pan, add in onion(1 large), celery (1),capsicum (1),along with some salt and sugar.
- Keep cooking till it gets golden brown.
- Add in the ginger garlic paste (1 tbsp)and cook .
- Add Chilli Powder ( i used kashmiri for color) 2 tsp,soy Sauce - 1.5 tsp,vinegar - 2 tsp,tomato Ketchup - ¼ cup.
- Add around 1.5 cup of water nd bring to a boil.
- Add some leftover batter to thicken the gravy.once thickened add in the fried cauliflower and mix well.
- Garnish with spring onions.
