Ingredients
  • Chicken Breast : 2 (chopped small)
  • Oil
  • Egg white ( for egg wash)
  • For Marination
  • Turmeric Powder : ¼ tsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder : 1 tsp
  • Corainder Powder : 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala : ½ tsp
  • Fennel Powder : 1½ tsp
  • Ground Pepper : ¼ tsp
  • For Masala
  • Onions :2
  • Ginger-garlic paste: 2tsp
  • Green chilly: 2 chopped
Instructions
  1. Marinate Chicken Breast with turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder,garam masala,fennel powder and pepper powder.
  2. Cook them till light brown.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and cook onions(2) till transculent. Add ginger-garlic paste (2tsp)and green chilly(2 chopped) saute for few mins.
  4. Add the cooked shredded chicken and saute well. add corainder leaves.
  5. Roll out the pastry sheets, cut according to ur style nd shapes.
  6. Preheat oven 400 deg F.
  7. Arrange them on a greased baking tray .
  8. Do egg wash on folded pastries for glazing.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the top turns golden brown.
