Pineapple curry

- Pineapple-half piece of one pineaaple
- Banana- half
- Greenchilly-4
- Ginger-1 small piece
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Thick curd- ½ cup
- Coconut oil- 3 deep spoon
- Mustard -1/2 spoon
- Red chilly- 2
- Fenugreek seeds-a pinch
- Peel off the skin of pineapple and cut them into small pieces.
- Peel the skin of banana and remove the thread from the inner part and cut them into small pieces.
- Cook the pineapple and banana pieces in a pressure cooker. Wait for 3 whistles .
- Boil the excess water if present.
- Allow cooked pieces to cool .
- Add a pinch of turmeric powder to the thick curd and mix it using a mixer grinder.
- Add this curd to the pineapple and banana mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan ,splutter mustard and fenugreek seeds .Also add red chilly to it and saute for a minute.
- Add this mix to the curry and the curry is now ready to serve.
