- Drumstick leaves- 4 cups
- Grated coconut-
- Shallots -3
- Garlic-2
- Green chilly- 3-4
- Turmeric powder-a pinch
- Salt- as per taste
- Water-little
- Oil-1 tsp
- Mustard seeds- ½ tsp
- • Remove the leaves from the stem and wash thoroughly.
- • Grind coconut coarsely with shallots, green chilies , shallots, garlic and turmeric powder.
- • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- • Add the grinded mixture and stir for a minute .
- • Add the drumstick leaves and add salt and mix well.
- • Cover the pan Cook in low flame till the raw smell goes it take around 5mins .
- • Serve hot with meals.
- • You could also add egg stir fry into it and it will give a different taste.
