Ingredients
  • Drumstick leaves- 4 cups
  • Grated coconut-
  • Shallots -3
  • Garlic-2
  • Green chilly- 3-4
  • Turmeric powder-a pinch
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Water-little
  • Oil-1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds- ½ tsp
Instructions
  1. • Remove the leaves from the stem and wash thoroughly.
  2. • Grind coconut coarsely with shallots, green chilies , shallots, garlic and turmeric powder.
  3. • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  4. • Add the grinded mixture and stir for a minute .
  5. • Add the drumstick leaves and add salt and mix well.
  6. • Cover the pan Cook in low flame till the raw smell goes it take around 5mins .
  7. • Serve hot with meals.
  8. • You could also add egg stir fry into it and it will give a different taste.
