Ingredients
  • Beef - 1 kg
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce- 5 tbsp
  • Salt - As required
  • Garlic -8
  • Pepper powder -1/2tbsp
  • Green chilly - 15
  • Oil
  • Ginger-
Instructions
  1. Add 2 tbsp soya sauce, vinegar, salt and little water with beef pieces and cook.
  2. Add the remaining soya sauce when it becomes cold and cut into small pieces.
  3. Add little oil in a pan and when it boils add garlic paste and chopped green chillyand pepper powder into it.
  4. Add ginger and sauce and stir it continuously.
  5. Cook for sometime in low flame and serve.
