- Beef - 1 kg
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce- 5 tbsp
- Salt - As required
- Garlic -8
- Pepper powder -1/2tbsp
- Green chilly - 15
- Oil
- Ginger-
- Add 2 tbsp soya sauce, vinegar, salt and little water with beef pieces and cook.
- Add the remaining soya sauce when it becomes cold and cut into small pieces.
- Add little oil in a pan and when it boils add garlic paste and chopped green chillyand pepper powder into it.
- Add ginger and sauce and stir it continuously.
- Cook for sometime in low flame and serve.
