Morilla moru curry

Ingredients
  • Tamarind(Valan puli)- lemon sized
  • Rice flour- 1 & ½ Tsp
  • Curry leaves- few
  • Green chillies-2
  • Grated coconut-1/2 cup
  • Garlic-4-5
  • Ginger-small pieces
  • Turmeric powder
  • Cumin seeds
  • Shallots- 4-5
Instructions
  1. Boil Tamarind by adding water, green chilies, curry leaves, and turmeric powder till the raw smell goes.
  2. Grind together grated coconut, garlic, ginger, shallots, turmeric powder and cumin seeds to a fine paste.
  3. Make a fine paste of rice flour by adding little water.
  4. Add coconut paste and rice paste into the curry and cook on low flame. Mix well for a few seconds.
  5. Turn off the flame and Serve with Rice.
