Ingredients
  • Jack fruit bulbs-10
  • Water -1ltr
  • Sugar-200gm
  • Lemon-1
  • Cardamom-2
  • Ginger-50gm
Instructions
  1. Deseed the jackfruit bulbs.
  2. Grind theJack fruit bulbs and sugar by adding enough water in a mixer grinder.
  3. Add lime juice and ginger juice and cardamom powder.Strain using a strainer.
  4. Serve chilled.
