Ingredients
  • Carrot- 1 (cubed)
  • Potato- 1(cubed)
  • Green peas-1/4 cup
  • Coconut oil-
  • Salt -to taste
  • Onion  -1 sliced finely
  • Green chilies - 2
  • Ginger  & Garlic -1 tbsp  each crushed
  • Cardamom - 4
  • Cloves -3
  • Cinnamon -1 piece
  • Thin coconut milk-1½ cup
  • Thick coconut milk-1/2
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in pan and splutter crushed spices.
  2. Add onion,ginger-garlic,green chillies and curry leaves and saute for few minutes till onion becomes transparent.
  3. Add cubed vegetables and combine well.
  4. Add thin coconut milk and salt into it.Pressure cook it for one whistle,or cook till the vegetables become tender.
  5. Add thick coconut milk and cook for few seconds.
  6. Remove from fire and Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with chapatis,Roti etc.
