Chocolate Frosting Recipes|Chocolate Buttercream frosting

Ingredients
  • Semi-sweet/Bitter chocolate-180 gms
  • Unsalted butter-1 cup
  • Icing sugar-2 cups
  • Vanilla extract- 1&1/2 tsp
Instructions
  1. Melt the chocolate by double boiler method (Place the bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Remove from fire and let it cool down to room temperature.
  2. Beat the butter until smooth and creamy about 1 min
  3. Add sugar into this and beat until light and fluffy(2 mins). Add sugar little by little.
  4. Add vanilla extract and beat.
  5. Add melted chocolate and beat on low speed until well incorporated. Increase the speed from medium to high and beat until frosting is smooth and glossy(2-3 mins)
