Ingredients
  • Sabola- 2 big
  • Tomato-1
  • Red chillies- 2-3
  • Oil
  • Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
Instructions
  1. Cut the onion and tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in  a pan and saute the  chopped onion and red chillies, till it becomes translucent. Saute on low to medium flame.Add salt in between so that the onion will become translucent faster.Now  add tomatoes and saute till it is cooked.
  3. Remove from fire.Allow it to cool.Make a paste of the sauted mix and transfer it to a bowl.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds when it splutters add curry leaves and red chillies and add this on top of the onion mix  .
  5. Delicious and tasty Onion chutney is now ready to serve.
