Ingredients
  • Chicken - 3 pieces
  • Water - 5 glass
  • Green chilly-2
  • Ginger-1
  • Shallots- 5
  • Garlic-5
  • Pepper powder- 1 tbsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Corn flour
  • Coriander leaves
  • Ghee
  • Egg -1
Instructions
  1. • Boil chicken pieces by adding water, chopped (green chilly, ginger, garlic shallots garlic) to it.
  2. • Remove the pieces from the juice and Scramble the chicken pieces into very tiny pieces
  3. • Again boil the pieces along with the juice also add little pepper powder.
  4. • Add corn flour to get a thickened juice.
  5. • Add salt to taste and Remove from the flame
  6. • Add the beaten egg and stir well.
  7. • Add coriander leaves
  8. • Saute shallots in ghee and add to it and the soup is now ready to be served.
