Creamy Pineapple Pudding Recipe

Pineapple Pudding is a quick and easy dessert that you can make with fresh pineapple fruit. If you like milk-based dessert, this is a must-try. It tastes great once it’s chilled.


Fresh Milk – 500 ml
Finely Chopped Pineapple – 2 & ½ Cup
Sugar – 1 Cup
Egg – 2
Gelatin- 1 & ½ Tsp
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 Tsp
Pineapple Essence-1/4 Tsp


Add 2 Tbsp sugar to chopped pineapple and cook till the water is completely dried and pineapple becomes slightly mushy, but holding it’s shape. Do not add water. Keep this aside.

In a bowl take ½ Cup milk and add Gelatin into it. Mix well. Let it soak for 30 minutes.
Separate Egg white and egg yolk.

Take a bowl to add the egg yolk and beat well. Add 3/4 cup sugar and mix well until well combined. Now add ½ Tsp Vanilla essence and mix well. Add 2 cups milk into it and mix.

In a pan, boil water to double boil the gelatin. When the water boils put the gelatin bowl into it. Stir it occasionally until the gelatin dissolves completely. Turn off the flame and let it remain in that hot water itself.

Now heat another pan in low flame and add this milk mix into it and stir continuously without leaving hand. If you don’t stir it continuously it may tend to curdle, so be careful while handling this.

When this heats up add the dissolved gelatin mix into this and stir continuously until the mix turns to thicken. Turn off the flame and stir for another few minutes. Add 1/4 Tsp Pineapple essence and mix.

Now, beat egg whites till it forms soft peaks. Now add the milk mix into this and mix well until well combined.

Now take a pudding tray and arrange the bottom layer with cooked pineapple. Now Pour the milk mix into it and cover and keep in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours or until set.

The delicious creamy Pineapple pudding is now ready. Serve chilled.
