Banana Cupcakes

Ingredients
  • Banana- 1 cup
  • Maida-1¼
  • Baking powder-1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda-3/4 tsp
  • Salt- ¼ tsp
  • Powdered Sugar-1 cup
  • Curd-1/2 cup
  • Egg-1 full egg and 1 yolk
  • Vegetable oil-1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence-
  • Milk-2 tbsp
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees 10 minutesĀ  before baking
  2. Mash banana and keep it aside.
  3. Sieve together maida,baking powder and baking soda.
  4. In another bowl ,take vegetable oil,powdered sugar,salt and beat .
  5. Add in curd ,mashed banana and beat .
  6. add egg and egg yolk and vanilla essence and beat
  7. Add maida gradually and fold in the batter.
  8. Add milk if the batter is too thick .
  9. Pour the batter in the cupcake mold about three- fourth portion.
  10. Bake the cupcakes at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  11. Banana cupcakes is ready top up with chocolate spreadĀ  and serve.
